「We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the amenities, including laundry. It was nice to be so close to Black Canyon NP, but also a short drive from Montrose. The home is located in a great spot. Very quiet, and peaceful. And it has a wonderful view from the front porch. They have a sweet grey cat named Coal. He was very friendly and we enjoyed giving him all the pets. 「This was a great place for our family to gather for two nights. It is well appointed on a beautiful lot with plenty of space for the kids to be kids without driving the adults nuts. Not too far from town either.」

「Cute place but definitely needs updates. Pictures look similar but definitely out dated photos. Bedroom window didn’t lock. We arrived at night, NO LIGHTS out front to be able to see to get in. The windows were all unlocked when we arrived. My kids suffer from allergies and this house had dirty air vents and filter, so they ended up very congested. The bathroom light is hanging from the ceiling. On a positive note the water is hot and the beds were comfortable. Won’t be rebooking!!」

「the bathroom has no curtain over the window, you can see everything inside and the property is not secluded like they say it is. there was broken glass around the property as well. before our check out time they had turned the power off. and also came onto the property multiple times without making themselves known. there's a fake deadbolt on the front door. it definitely feels like your being watch. 」
