「The staff was delightful. We've stayed here twice. They even have a staff person to fix eggs to order in the breakfast room. My note to myself next time, however, is to remember to bring tip money. Such good service should be rewarded1」

「Cabin was very clean. Would have helped to have some sort of cleaning supplies to wipe down counters and tables. There were broken windows and the door had a huge crack making it a bit drafty. Overall for a spur of the moment camping trip it met our needs perfectly. 」

「We stayed for two nights. The first night there we had farm fresh eggs, a pear syrup and a package of pancake mix and granola in the fridge for our breakfast in the morning. That day we went and did some other activities and didn't get back until that night. When we got back, we didn't have a second breakfast waiting for us in the fridge for the next day. We left the following morning and found some place for breakfast. Everything was great except for that little piece, but it turned out fine....

「Clean and beds were comfortable. They are using portable heaters so not the warmest but we were not in the cabin much during the day. The view of lake is nice. They forgot to stock extra rolls of toliet paper so we had to go to the lodge to get more. Breakfast is one cereal or instant oatmeal and only available for an hour. The owners were pleasant. They did not respond in the app so you have to call them. 」

「Great accommodation in a great place should be more places like this to stay. Owner was very friendly and helpful, room had everything we needed, fridge microwave and bed was very comfortable. 」

「Great place for accessing Grand Mesa and surrounding area recreational activities. Clean, spacious, and pet friendly. Our kids loved staying here for spring break and especially liked eating meals in the “castle turret” just off the kitchen. Would definitely stay again.」
