「Parking area seemed safe we had no issues. The workers there were excellent. Friendly and polite. Like to joke around and always smiling. Your pool was green and gross and ice cold . That was the only issue so we didn’t use the pool because of that. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.」

「The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They accommodate to an issue we had and took care of it right away. The hotel is beautiful, the view of the river walk was to die for. The hotel has different locations to exit and enter the building making it easier to get to the river walk and parking lot. There is not one bad thing I can say about this hotel. I’ll definitely be back to Wilmington and will sure be booking with them again. Highly recommend...

「A great location, staff, amenities and cleanliness. Only suggestion would be for hotel to add a bench with a small roof cover somewhere for smokers. They have to stand outside in the elements to smoke. I'm a non-smoker but many smokers are older and standing in the heat in uncomfortable for them.」
