"I rented cabin 21 I was surprised to find a Full sized refrigerator and 2 burner stove that wasn't noted in room amenities. This made the stay better than expected. Staff supplied me with the recliner that was in the pictures of the room. They had removed the recliners that were shown in the room pictures because of guests mis useing the recliners. I booked the room based on the supplied pictures which included the recliners. The staff put one back in the room for me. I am disabled and I can only sleep in a recliner comfortably. I could sleep in a bed with the needed wedge for my legs to sleep, but not comfortably. The staff made it happen before I arrived which made the stay so much better. The only negative thing is there is no staff to check in and everything has to be done online during my stay. Luckily the cleaning staff was available in the morning and I was able to catch them during the morning for any additional items I needed. My stay was excelent and could not have had a better stay. I would give 10 stars if I could."
"Great retro/modern room, huge bed & walk-in shower, very nice upgrade. Loved the self-check-in! My only issue was mood lighting that isn't conducive to makeup application. But I found out this morning they have makeup mirrors in the canteen, so problem solved! Well appointed, large room. I loved it!"
"This is a very unique place and I really enjoyed my stay. I had a suite and it was very luxurious. I was facing the movie screen which was great on movie night as I could watch from my patio. My only issue was that an hour before the movie they started playing loud music on the speakers. I had just returned from an active day and was enjoying a few quiet moments with a book. There was no escaping all the noise, unlike the volume from the movie, which was reasonable. I was surprised because the owners were so considerate in other ways. There were blankets and folding chairs for the movie as well as free popcorn. They were very responsive when I texted with a question Also please be aware that there is no AC. There is a very strong, excellent ceiling fan over the bed that keeps you cool while sleeping but the room can get just a bit stuffy in warmer weather. The suites are beautiful and the bathroom very spacious. You are in the countryside but there is a good Mexican restaurant just five minutes away and Del Norte, a cute little town about 15. Overall, I loved this experience. I stayed two nights and wasn't ready to leave."
