「The decor was cute and the Roku TV, designated parking, and A/C was a great touch! However, the bathroom was a nightmare plus I feel like they should really have a mattress protector. A deep clean in the shower and bathroom is overdue. There were body hair trimmings all over the sink and a mold/staining all over the shower’s floor, grout, and walls.」

「It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. As I communicated the issue with the management company via text, I couldn't tell if I was...

Suite was clean, roomy, and well stocked with everything we needed (except coffee filters for a pot of coffee vs. the pods) Had some trouble receiving the code to the door, as my 20 year old email gets far more emails than can be managed on the road, I couldn't find my email with the code. I did however get the code with a simple phone call without too much hassle. The place was super cute and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We would definitely stay again if...

「This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, updated, and styled quite comfortably. We were attending a concert across the river in Cincinnati, and had no trouble driving or Ubering into town. The check-in process started off rocky, but was able to be resolved efficiently. I didn't have a number to call, but the rental company responded quickly to emails. I would definitely stay again.」
