Nice, clean room! Bedspread a little tattered, but all room appliances present and working. Quiet heat unit! Front desk provided a room upgrade free! No coffee, breakfast, or hair dryer. Decent value and quality. We were satisfied.

At the front desk, everyone was rude and no smile. The room was horrible, and at night there were groups screaming and talking loudly. This was the worst place I have stayed in my entire life.

The property is nice, as it sits back in the lot, but other than that, there wasnt anything special and i will not be staying there again. The man at the desk was rude and seemed confrontational.

The room was dirty and found a needle on the floor by the bed the manger try to put us in another roo. And it was dirty and pills on the floor manger was the one to open the doori ask for my money back

I had to pay up front for a 3-day stay. Not just give a card number to hold, but I paid for 3 nights BEFORE I got a key. It was quiet at night, despite adjacent restaurant. Location was somewhat central to my needs, but neighborhood was not desirable. Staff were very abrupt. I was called 10 min before checkout to remind me and although I was ready to go, there were clearly lots of open rooms and no housekeeping in sight so I felt I was being pushed out for no reason. No coffee machine.

Property was cheesy. Clean but of poor quality. No amenities other than 2 very thin small soaps - good for 1 hand wash. 1 towel & 1 face cloth per person, which were the lowest quality i have ever seen in any hotel / motel. The tv was a little bigger than a computer screen size. The sink was outside of the bathroom. 2 stars property. The 2 stars because it was clean, otherwise would rate it a 1 star.

This motel is conveniently located to many of the attractions that are around Deer Park and the Commack area. It's clean enough, but the property is not especially well maintained, and my interactions with the owner and staff were pleasant enough. There's plenty of restaurants, stores, and easily walkable and accessible facilities in the area of this motel, which is a plus. Is this a luxury motel with pool, spa, beautifully decorated rooms? Not by a long shot. It's a place to hang your hat if you're in the area, and not looking to spend a lot of money on lodging.

Please don’t ever go to this place. That was the worse experience I’ve ever had. The man behind the desk was So rude. Due to an emergency we had no more option than stay for the night. The room was disgusting dirty, very unsafe. The door knob lock didn’t even work. There was no toilet paper in the room. No shampoo, the rugs were filthy and the sheets were dirty. The room smelled like a big ash tray. The list goes on… The only good thing I can state is the moment we left that place.

Here on business,,, on a roof 10 hrs a day. Only to come back and find our ac turned off everyday. Was asked to where a shirt. And was also asked not to spit in the parking lot. Room was to be 90$ a day. Turned into 125$ a day. And staff just sucks.
