「The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was very clean and smelled nice. The valet service team was awesome! We had a queen double bed room. The room was appointed well and was spacious. The beds were comfortable, pillows were soft, the bathroom was roomy and I liked that the shower and toilet were separated from the bathroom sink space. We tried to use the hot tub but it was closed for maintenance. The gym was well equipped. The bar on the second floor was nice, and the...

「We were greeted by a friendly front desk attendant! Our room was great, clean and orderly. Water in the bathroom sink and shower was not very warm. When we mentioned this to the front desk, she said they were currently addressing the issue. The complementary breakfast was over the top! Anything you could’ve possibly wanted for breakfast was there including someone to plate your food for you and even make an omelette for you! Just a block from the Toyota Center and Discovery Green the location...
