「Well, the hotel itself was a bit dated, and it could use an upgrade, the staff was great. Mitchell at the front desk was the bomb. He actually upgraded our room so that we had a wonderful view of the river/Lake and Austin. Also, the folks that worked the bar and restaurant were great! I would stay there again. 」

「I found this hidden gem because it was one of the last hotels that had double beds. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was extremely pleased. It smelled amazing when we walked through the doors. The decor from the lobby to the halls to the room itself was super cute. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I loved that the complementary breakfast ended at 10:30 which was typically later than other hotels I’ve stayed in. The security charge of $15 was unexpected, but the front desk informed us...

「The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.」
