「The service apartment is spacious and tidy, facilities are in very good condition. They also provide a number of utensils and cutlery so that you can cook in the dining room. I appreciate their welcome drinks especially hot chocolate and tea bags are freely provided in the apartment. 「We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was a pleasant surprise in a hotel. We loved having the 2 floors and separate spaces for the family. The little touches of arrival decorations with sweet treats and continental breakfast made it even more special. The location is great for a night out with plenty of bars around and only a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre. Highly recommend. 」

「Lovely clean and modern hotel with friendly, helpful staff. On such a hot day, being offered a welcome drink was a nice touch. Great location to walk to the coop arena along the hotel. Would stay again and definitely recommend to anyone visiting Manchester. 」
