"The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location was further from Canmore than I had thought. Jets did not work on hot tub. Our unit needed some upgrading. Dining chairs had peeling/ripped seats. Kitchen was not well equipped. Can opener did not work, no spatula, skillet was broken."
