"When I walked into the lobby it was hot, so I checked in anyway, staff was helpful, went to the room it just felt dirty the A/C was cold so it kelp the room at a good temp. Made the best of it, left at 3:30 am so don’t know what breakfast was like, Libby was still hot so don’t think I wanted to see breakfast anyway. I had family with me they had to go to another hotel because of bedbugs in their room. Overall the place was very poor managed"

"Beautiful hotel!! Only complaint is only one of the 3 elevators are working and it’s slowwwwww.. people were aggravated about it. Staff in boxcar rooftop restaurant are too busy chit chatting and they don’t focus on customers..food is just ok.. simple bar food.."

"Check-in was easy and pleasant. Elevator worked fine. No ice machine on 2nd floor. Our room was nice and cold and the refrigerator set on max when we arrived. A disappointment was dust on the nightstand and we found nail clippings between the bedspread and bedsheets. Did they change the sheets? If so, how do you get nail clippings in there like that? I slept on the bedspread. The microwave worked fine. The breakfast was good. We really liked the capuchino making machine. It gave you several choices. The biscuits and gravy were good but the gravy was luke warm. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy. Rooms were a little noisy around 10:00pm. We had lots of work trucks parked on the lot. AC compressor in room was noisy when it kicked on. TV was good size. I didn't find any movie channels (hbo, max, etc.). I think for the area, this might be the best you can find, except the casino hotels."

"We arrived super late as we were traveling from Texas. There was no parking left due to work trucks with trailers taking up 2-3 spaces. The elevator took forever to close and go up or down, often times the door would not close properly. Our key wasn’t working so we went to the front desk (2 times) and finally he came up to see for himself. It didn’t work, his master key didn’t work. He knocked on the door and a dude comes out! Someone was in our room- error by earlier staff and room assignments. We got the room next door, but it was not the same description that was booked. The positive feedback is that the staff were friendly."

"We accidentally made a reservation from Meridian, Mississippi, instead of Meridian, Idaho. When you realize this called your hotel and they associate there was happy to cancel and refund our payment. However, he also told us to email Expedia in order for them to call him and verify the situation. We did this and have not heard back yet from Expedia in any way shape or form they did send us an order about a hotel in St. George, Utah, which we stayed at months ago, but nothing about this one. If you can help us, we’d appreciate it!"
