It was underconstruction, so it was understandable that cleanliness and upkeep was not high. Breakfast provided did cause some stomach issues.

Extremely disappointing stay. First of all, the place was very difficult to locate, and we arrived quite late because of that. When we finally checked in, the issues only multiplied: Bedding: There was no proper blanket or comforter provided in the room—we were forced to sleep with only a thin flat sheet. Cleanliness & Hygiene: The coffee machine still had a used coffee pod left inside from the previous guest, which was disgusting. Furthermore, the toilet had no lid at all, making it feel just like an unpleasant public restroom. Breakfast Service: Breakfast was completely disorganized. Nothing was ready when we went downstairs; there wasn't even coffee prepared until we asked them to brew it. We literally had to push and ask repeatedly just to get something to eat. The lack of basic cleanliness, comfort, and service makes this place impossible to recommend.

Under renovation. Our first room wasn't made up and second was missing towels. However, desk staff was very helpful in getting things fixed.

The room was not cleaned. We slept on our blankets we brought from home. The bathroom didn't look like it was cleaned in years. There was a brown and pink ring around the tub and the bottom of the tub. The hallway smelled like urine and funk. If I wasn't so tired from driving cross country I wouldnt've stayed.

I got this reservation because the website said they were pet friendly. When I got there, I was informed they are NOT pet friendly. They wouldn’t refund me at all. That is false advertising and I have reached out to corporate.

The property looks terrible when you first show up. The elevator in particular looked very beat up and the building only has three floors. My room was OK with regard to cleanness. and I had no trouble sleeping. The TV was hard to figure out as there was a significant time delay between the remote buttons and the TV initially. I finally figured it out and got it working. My final bill appeared to be slightly more in dollars than your site told me it would be. The front desk also has to do the laundry.
