The problem that we had was an infestation of gnats on the second floor. It made it difficult to enjoy that room but the others that we had were fine.」

「I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. When we first checked into our king room, we immediately found a cockroach in the bathroom and noticed a decent size hole in the ceiling. After reporting the issues, the staff moved us to a different room. However, the replacement room was a lower-tier room, and despite the inconvenience and downgrade, no refund, discount, or compensation was offered. The property also appeared poorly maintained. There were multiple spiders and dead bugs around...
