Convenient right off I 75 but not very good signage on the street hidden by trees. You would hardly think it was a days inn looking at it from the road. Some shady characters roaming the parking lot at night, Front desk was very friendly and polite..

Room looked nothing like the pictures online. There is an abandoned half of the hotel that appears to have people living in it with lights out and no power. The hallway leading to our rooms had stains on the carpet, paint on the carpet and holes in the wall. Multiple rooms we passed had doors open and were under construction. One room had door open and appeared to have someone living in it. Once I found my room, marked with sharpie on the door for room number. I first entered and the lights did not work, but after a minute they kicked on. The room had a strong odour of cigarettes. My sink did not work, no water would come out. There were stains on the carpet. My door did not lock, however the manual door latch sufficed for the night. Then in the morning the continental breakfast pictured on website was not as advertised. There was a cereal dispenser, with no milk. A coffee machine and stale bagels. I felt unsafe and unclean during my stay. Staff was kind.

Their idea of continental breakfast is just two types of cereal and some bread. Water pressure wasn’t great and had problems with water heater. I should also think it should be disclosed before you book if the hotel is undergoing renovations
