"Usually great, but some unexpected minor changes were a little disappointing. They used to have a nice little coffee/tea bar area in the lobby. There was no tea and only that gross powder creamer in a canister. (They used to have a great tea selection and several coffemate or international single serve creamers-maybe they were just out?) Anyway starbucks is across the street, we just ran out quick and all was well. Also, some guy on the cleaning staff was standing in front of the elevator vacuuming when I was trying to exit with arms and shoulders loaded with heavy bags and items... He literally could not care less that he was standing in my way as I was trying to exit the elevator and I could have tripped on his vacuum cleaner cord as I shimmied by with all my bags. SMH. They used to have amazing staff all around. Front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, etc. I don't know who that guy was but he brought the 5 stars down. Also it looks like they are transitioning out of the old green deck loungers to new orange ones. Not a big deal but it wasn't a great look for the property."

"Everything at the Nautilus was great. It was clean, staff was friendly. Your add for staying there was misleading, you need to update the fact that there is no breakfast and there is a charge for parking. Every room has a full kitchen, which is why they don’t serve breakfast. There is a coffee bar in the morning."

"Great oceanfront property. Staff was always pleasant and very helpful. I can't say anything bad about the place other than there is nowhere to eat or drink in the area or in the hotel. The restaurant was closed the majority of the time we stayed there. Other than that it was a nice stay. Rooms were big and clean. Balcony over the pool and oceanviews. "

"I pail for pool view however room 338 you CAN NOT SEE THE POOL. It's directly over the 2nd floor roof that's all we saw"

"Terrific, spotless room, firm but comfy beds. AC/heat worked well (yes, we needed both). Pretty view of the beach and ocean!! Only minor concern was that the internet/TV frequently dropped out, but we weren’t there to watch TV :) Easy beach access."

"Great resort for families. Plenty of activities for the kids. The pool is fun with lots of areas to explore but still close enough to keep an eye on the kids. Lots of options for types of rooms to accommodate any family. We stayed in the lodge with an ocean view - loved it! I wish there were more options for dining - maybe a breakfast buffet. Maybe there was a breakfast buffet and I didn’t know? Not sure. But overall a great trip. There are some great local restaurants right near the resort. There’s also a Publix very close to grab essentials when needed. The golf course was well kept and nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely time. Highly recommend. We will likely com back "
