「I use a wheelchair. The hotel has only one room with a roll-in shower. We would use the hotel more often if we were able to book a handicapped room more often. Also, the bed is too high (about three feet). When we stay here, we have to bring step stools to get in the bed. I've fallen a couple of times trying to get into that bed. Please have the bed lowered to two feet and add more rooms with roll-in showers. Olivia was a great representative of your company.」

「Bed looked like it was slept in... Thermostat was locked and un-adjustable... No drinking water or breakfast or any food for that matter as advertised. No live TV (only paid apps tv were available (Was there during the World Series... not cool) But the coffee maker worked. Good work guys!」
