「The customer service does not match the value of this property. Check In process not welcoming, they treat guests like there just numbers. Pros: pool and basketball gym are excellent 」

「Room was clean but did not quite meet photo expectations. Kitchen had what was needed to cook but that was it. Bathroom was a bit dank smelling and there was some rot beginning around bathroom door. Washing machine would not dry clothes so it was useless. Front doorknob was also loose. Air conditioning was adequate during the day, but seemed to not do the job at night. It would not go below 18 Celsius. There was a church right below on the street. They would often begin service around 0630,...
