「This was a scam , they took my payment but did not have a room available , the contact numbers did not work and the emails I sent were not answered. I waited for three hours outside in the hot sun after travelling for 27 hours, I need my money returned ASAP」

「The room was clean a few minor problems with the room the bathroom sink didn’t work and was forced to pay for parking was not informed about that upfront」

「Unit well located, beautifully furnished, bathroom excellent, lots of transport close by, mall across road has lots of variety for food. Apartment complex quiet and clean」

「We never received check in instructions and no one answered phone number given. I was not able to check in and had to stay elsewhere Still got charged 」

「I do not recommend staying in this condotel at all. The property owner is out of reach which made the check in very stressful, The room that I reserved was not the actual room they provided. The photos they posted in the booking site is totally misleading. What you see, is not what you get.」

「I wouldn’t stay there again. Too many things broken. The TV didn’t work, there was no WiFi (router connected but no internet), the bed was broken, hot water in the shower was inconsistent (scalding to cold cycling every 30 seconds) and the elevators slow. There are only two elevators in a large tower and to go up or down involved a long wait and many stops. That got tedious. 」

「The property had an amazing location but the rest was horrible. Aircon leaked water the entire time there and I asked repeatedly for someone to look at it. The place was filthy when we got there. Power went out almost daily and 90% of the emergency lights did not work. Pool water looked like milk. The room was full of bugs, mostly little ants. I personally will never go back to that place. It was a huge letdown」
