We were given not the room we booked ; difficulty in communication that’s why we used lots of time just to communicate - documents needed to enter bldg; unclean porch ; beautiful view of Samal ; convenient coz it’s fronting local mkt ; walking distance to port of Samal ; room needs to update esp washroom ; only one pot can be used but given pans later ; rusted washroom doors; room needs repainting ; staff needs to respond quicker when called for ; toilet bowl clogged not happy with room but place overlooking Samal island is great

It’s a nice and affordable place to stay. I stayed in two different units during my stay and the beds had memory foam mattresses nice and soft for us westerners. When I needed to extend my stay last minute the property manager was very helpful in finding me another unit and taking care of me.

This is a useless place with terrible maintenance and just beside the airport with too much noice. Also there are water leaks in the house and the rest room is extremely tiny. Not worth the money to stay here.

Our apartment had a broken toilet seat, leaking wash basin that was almost falling off the wall and mould on the ceiling above the shower. The fact you had to pay to use the swimming pool even if you are staying in the apartments.
