"The room was good. The service around the front desk was exceptional. The room housekeeping could have been better. Also, there were parts of the room that seemed unkept. Overall, good place to stay in Davao City. Hotel has very good access to shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel buffet was top notch. I recommend adding the buffet to your stay. The pool and fitness center were also very good and useful. Would I stay there again? Yes!"

"It’s my first time to stay this hotel. At first, it was so impressing upon checking in because we arrived at the hotel around 1:30pm and the receptionist entertained us well quickly. But so annoying because after she gave me the room key, she said that “we cannot enter yet the room because the check-in time is 2pm. CRAZY! So we went out and stay inside the car until 2pm. No mirror at the room. The mirror is found inside the toilet only. The TV was not working. The worst thing was their...
