"Internet was ok, Staff was nice and friendly, breakfast Buffet was horrible and for a westerner not edible and so was dinner. Really bad food, no salad, no vegetables. Unfortunately I must say that I have never lausy food like that in any other Hotel in the Philippines. This is a pitty because everything else is nice in this Hotel. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location with a covered walkway to the mall. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Thanks Micheal, Nico, Lyster, Josh and Mely. The hotel was very secure, someone was always at the door. The rooms had very secure locks. The room safe was functional. I had left a lot of coins on the dresser countertop and the coins were still there after housekeeping had cleaned the room. I had to manually tip housekeeping if I happened to be in the room at the time they were cleaning. Pool was very nice. "

"Room was clean but did not quite meet photo expectations. Kitchen had what was needed to cook but that was it. Bathroom was a bit dank smelling and there was some rot beginning around bathroom door. Washing machine would not dry clothes so it was useless. Front doorknob was also loose. Air conditioning was adequate during the day, but seemed to not do the job at night. It would not go below 18 Celsius. There was a church right below on the street. They would often begin service around 0630, very annoying and loud. Walls seemed thin, could here neighbors quite well unfortunately. The owner/manager did respond to questions and inquiries very quickly. "

"I understand that it is a budget-friendly, basic, no-frills hotel. I didn't expect much, it is tight but it is fairly new and very clean which is why I booked it. However, the toilet paper should at least be on a holder, not just sitting on the counter. And the towels really need to be replaced because they looked like rags, with edges already torn apart, you wouldn't want to use it on your face."
