It’s not cheap but you get what you paid for. Very hospital staff though you get looks if you are solo. Not a lot of people last Sept which i love. Free airport pick up and boat transfer. Outside food is not allowed unless you pay for corkage. Dining options are expensive and limited options. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Beautiful Discovery Samal

Loved the very friendly and attentive service we received from all the staff of Discovery Samal. Resort was a beautiful place to visit and relax in. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. We also loved the food and entertainment at Morning Catch. Will definitely be back.

It was a place that made me feel like I was in another country even though I am only within a few minutes boat ride away from the busy noisy city. My family had a great time and its a place with good food. Great place for meetings and awesome place to relax. Staff was superb, very courteous, and area was super clean. Looking forward to book another stay for next year's vacation.

Aside from the modern construction of the resort, I like the customer service from the time we arrived up to sailing back to the city. The crew was overwhelmingly courteous, kind and attentive to us.

‘Best time of my life!’ This was the words of my 6yrs old daughter during our stay here in Discovery Samal. The place is well kept and the staff greet you with a genuine smile wherever you go. The place is great for young families like us. I hope the management will be the same the next time we visit! Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a relaxing holiday!

We had an amazing stay and the staff are wonderful. The facilities were topnotch. One room for improvement is the bar.Not many selection of wines and the drinks were a little to come even while we were already sitting at the bar. Discovery Samal is as close to being on Fantasy Island. Not even the Ritz Carlton can't match the stunning views from the boat ride to the island. The white sand beach cabanas and infinity pool are world-class. My wife and I are already planning a summer trip for 2025. What more can I say? Truly a fabulous experience to remember.
