"I booked at this property for my family who just got in married in Cotabato, then travelled to see a family in Bukidnon before flying back to New Zealand. "This was a scam , they took my payment but did not have a room available , the contact numbers did not work and the emails I sent were not answered. I waited for three hours outside in the hot sun after travelling for 27 hours, I need my money returned ASAP"

"I recently stayed at the Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao and found the overall experience to be quite pleasant. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The amenities and location by the waterfront added to the charm of the hotel. However, I did notice that the floors could benefit from deeper cleaning, as they appeared a bit neglected. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend the hotel with the hope that the cleanliness issue will be addressed. "

"Loved this Hotel and our room premium or jr suite. It's lovely to have a nice view on the 9th floor, and the staff was excellent, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was the highlight of the day, so amazing and underrated, such a great surprise. The location of the Hotel was excellent, we would and will stay at this property again"
