"Had to ask 2 days to get a replacement coffee pot. Didn’t receive housekeeping services the first day. Had to go to the front desk to get towels . Yesterday’s housekeeper didn’t restock coffee supplies. Just inconsistencies. 24 hour coffee service in rhd lobby was good as was breakfast. "

"We received an email 2 days before the trip that they did not have elevators and that if we had special needs to let the manager know. We called and told rhem about our needs including my son in a wheelchair. When we arrived they did not have a room avaliable on the first floor. Finally after 45 minutes of dealing with the desk person whoch jad our notes about or needs they were able to get ua a rm on the firat floor. Unfortunately we were not able to use the restroom or shower due to not being able to wheel the chair into the restroom. Also the room was not wide enough to move the chair nexr to the bed. The faucet in the bathroom leaked and had the entire floor wet. The entire hotel smelled like mold and it had an odd smell to it. I will not ever be staying at this location egain "

"Hotel was super clean, all the staff we came across were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The breakfast was great, the coffee and hot water was full and hot throughout the day (most hotels never check or refill it after breakfast so it’s cold or empty after about 11am). Oh and it has daily housekeeping! The gym was immaculate, everything worked, full set of dumbbells from 5-50lbs, 2 benches, a cable machine with all the attachments, a leg press machine, 4 treadmills, a couple of ellipticals and a bike. There was also a set of kettlebells, medicine and bosu balls, and yoga mats. Hotel has Ice on every floor, 2 sets of washer/dryers ($3 per machine/load though!) Nearby: there’s a Fred Meyer next door and chevron/convenient store across the street that has an Amazon drop box. Within a 1 mile radius there’s Wendy’s, Taco Bell, chipotle, a Safeway and many other eateries. Great location, great staff, great room. Could not ask for a better stay! "
