「We had an amazing first trip to Marrakech thanks to Hassan and the staff at Darchica! The riad was an oasis of calm from the busy Medina and our room was spacious, relaxing and beautifully clean. The staff are always friendly and hospitable, the pool was perfect for an afternoon dip and the food was also fantastic! We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Morocco - thank you so much for our fabulous stay.」

「Loved this riad! Both of our hosts were named Mohammed and they were amazing. Unfortunately we only got to spend a day and a half, but when we return we would stay here. Mohammed gave us great food recommendations, activities for day and night. The room was clean and spacious. The shower is a little tight, but didn’t bother us. 」

「Truly the best place I have ever stayed. This wasn’t just a place to sleep, but a calm place to plan your day and navigate Morocco. Marrakesh can be an overwhelming city but having people who work there look out for your every need made it so much easier. Whether it was breakfast to go, cold water or orange juice, getting you a taxi so you don’t get scammed or walking you to a place you want to go so you don’t get lost, they do it all. You’re not treated as a guest, you’re treated like family....

「Il Riad è molto semplice e ben tenuto, un'oasi di pace all'interno del caos della Medina di Marrakech. Nei dintorni ci sono molti locali, ristoranti e negozi e in circa quindici minuti di camminata si raggiunge la piazza Jemaa el Fna. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, soprattutto Latifa la proprietaria. Colazione ottima. grazie di tutto! :)」

「This is a traditional Riad with very attentive staff. The breakfast was excellent and the furnishings I. The room very Moroccan. Excellent internet and right in the centre of everything- souks, restaurants. The staff were exceptional. Nothing was a bother. 」

「This is among the most unique properties in the world. The service is second to none and whoever designed the hotel should win a gold medal somewhere. Everything about El Fenn was excellent and as advertised. I rarely give feedback from travels, choosing to write about a place that is very very bad or excellent. In between doesn’t much matter to me. El Fenn? Gets a ten! 」

「Amazing palace to stay, with great and friendly staff. The staff went out of there to make me feel welcomed and Marrakesh. They also gave good insight to activities and spots to visit. They also warn you about Hustlers that will try to show you the way to hotel, they charged me $20 for 5 minutes of time (as I sadly found out because I didn’t listen). They are persistent everywhere in Marrakesh and not just limited to the hotels, don’t let them follow you and don’t interact with them. 」
