「This was a wonderful Riad set back from the a hustle and bustle of the souks but within a 2 minutes walk. Everything was wonderful from the breakfast to the room. The best feature of this Riad was the staff especially Ismail who was available at any time of the day and no request was too much for him. A beautiful and wonderfully run establishment which I can highly recommend.」

「Staying at Bliss Riad was a delight. From the very beginning when Farooq came and picked me up and helped me with my bags early in the morning, I felt welcomed and was set right at ease. Farouk made sure that all my needs were met all the days that I stayed. He was so gracious with me even when I had to wake up super early to go on a tour and leave my suitcase with him somewhere safe. Zineb, made my breakfast platter each morning, and her smiling face lit up my day. She helped me learn Arabic,...

「We had a very pleasant stay at Riad Luciano. The riad is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located within walking distance of the Medina, making it a great base for exploring Marrakech. What truly makes this place special is the staff, especially Salah. He was incredibly patient, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations, directions, and anything we needed. The hospitality from the entire team really stood out and made our stay memorable. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars...

「連住三晚，但不能使用Wi-Fi，只說而且維修人員維修，但卻未能解決問題。所以旅客自行購買額外數據，以解決訂酒店，預約交通及使用Google Map，以免迷路，這還是第一次遇到這情況。清潔人員有進入房間，但三天也沒有收走垃圾桶倒垃圾。」
