Very nice, & clean! I give this property 4 thumbs up, if I only had 2 more hands!! LOL!! Definitely a must stay, if you are visiting the Danville VA area.

Rooms weren’t ready had to be clean. Didn’t clean the rooms the next day terrible stay
Overall, my experience was decent. However, at least in the room I had, the room and bathroom were dated. The tub/shower did not drain well and by the time my shower was done I was standing in above ankle deep water.

The experience was truly remarkable…The staff was so kind & accommodating. They made my two year old feel so special. The Bistro was icing on the cake!!

The front desk was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and the hotel was 5 mins to everything like mall, restaurants, etc. Definitely will be staying at this hotel next time.

When I arrived I was told that the card on file with Expedia had expired and I had to pay for the room again. I have my receipt from Expedia for $195 and the receipt from Marriott for $180 $20 for incidentals. Now if I have my receipt from PayPal and the bank shows the charge why did I have to pay twice? Unexpected expense ruining the entire experience.
The front desk os untrained on proper checking you in. You get charged more then once. No one follows through with what they say they are going to do this includes management. The manger doesn't care about the customers. Management want return calls just puts you off and makes up excuses. The management will hang up on you when you confront them about why they didn't the right thing. I guess that is how they treat the truth and facts. Now Marriott has lost a long time customer.
Balcony was a Bonus, Beds were very comfortable, Housekeeping was on our hall with the cleaning cart until 8pm which I’ve never experienced before

This property was very clean. The Staff was so nice. We stayed three nights and it was in the perfect location to get to good food, shopping, and area events. The only drawback, is breakfast is not included in your stay. It was a very enjoyable stay.
