"This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Had to wait an hour to check in. They only had two staff, and there was about 30 people in line to check in. Went to my room and the air conditioning which hardly worked made so much noise that I couldn’t sleep. We changed to another room the next day and somehow two of my expensive bags went missing. The food was awful and the buffets are definitely not worth the money. I stayed for three nights and I ate across the road at the airport. The staff was constantly rude and condescending."

"Perfect stay in Budapest! The location is unbeatable—just steps from St. Stephen's Basilica and easy walking distance to all top sights. The rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, and quiet, with super comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast buffet offers an amazing, fresh variety. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!"
