My room was right next to the elevators, so I could hear every time it went up and down and then repairs and drilling were schedule first thing in the morning? Glad of a kettle but perhaps, let others know that they can be made available on request? "

Upon checking in, our reservation could not be found and the young lady took our passports into another room, which did not happen to any of the other guests checking in, and this made us very uncomfortable and suspicious "

"Bike hire from the hotel was useful. The bikes are not electrified, if you need assistance with peddling, you might prefer renting elsewhere. If you can upgrade to a harbour view room, do that."
