「When we arrived, the staff
lacked manners; on a weekend when Memorial Day is celebrated—my husband is a veteran—and not even a “thank you for your service,” no courtesy or friendliness; we had
to pay for parking, even though he is a disabled veteran. Few staff members on duty; the girl at the front desk seemed rude, and all she did was ring us up and hand us the key. We were placed on the
first floor, right across from the service entrance, where employees were constantly opening and shutting...
