"I had a great overall stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated having both a fridge and microwave—it made things so much easier while traveling with kids. The location is a big plus, with easy walking distance to the beach. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I also loved how easy it was to get in and out of the parking garage—super convenient when you’re coming and going throughout the day. The on-site restaurant was also a pleasant surprise and definitely worth trying. That said, it does feel more like a business/travel-for-work hotel than a vacation resort. I stayed here with my kids for a week over spring break because it was a more affordable option near the beach, and it worked well as a home base. The pool was just okay, and I was disappointed there wasn’t a hot tub. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay—especially if you plan to be out exploring most of the day."

"Loved the location and amenities! It had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful- I could watch the surfers all day long! You have a shuttle that takes you to the beach if you don’t want to walk 2 minutes :) and you can request them to set up the chairs and umbrellas, get boogie boards. I find it a very nice add-on. Staff was beyond attentive!! Food at restaurants was very good! You almost don’t need to leave, but you do have a gorgeous area around so it’s nice to venture off to San Clemente or Laguna Beach. We live in Venice beach only a little over 1 hour away and this felt like a nice vacation!!"
