「We had an amazing experience! A special shoutout to Jose, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to visit, and after only a couple of interactions, he already remembered our names and room number. That level of attentiveness really shows how much he cares about his guests.

「The Falls had a beautiful, lush jungle setting. The room was clean, and the king bed was very comfortable! The restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price. We had a complimentary breakfast, which made it a better value! Overall, the convenient location, tropical surroundings, and great staff made our trip exceptional! We highly recommend it and would definitely visit here again!」
