"I only stayed 2 of the 3days and I had payed for the insurance in case I didn't stay all 3 days but I was charged for 3 days and didn't stay but 2 days I didn't receive and refund even after purchasing the insurance I JUST saying I should have received a refund for the I day I didn't get to stay. ..."
