「Overall it was a really enjoyable stay at the Matterhorn. It was quiet, the rooms were clean and well appointed, and there were plenty of great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The only thing I think prospective visitors need to know is that while it is a resort town, it looked like there was only one bar open past 10pm. All the other shops/restaurants close around 9pm or so. Other than that, the stay was amazing and the mountain views were absolutely stunning!」

「The entire hotel experience was of the absolute highest quality. I can honestly say it was the best ever in terms of customer service, amenities, location and comfort. The staff were ALL attentive, personable and appeared to be happy doing their best to make you feel at home. The location near the gondolas was very convenient and the surrounding area was like a small European Village with a small pond, cafes and open plaza with evening mini-concerts. 「The Peaks is an absolutely gorgeous property. We were in for the bluegrass festival , so it was the perfect location for us. Sevice was top notch and we felt that it was affordably priced.」

「The property was in a gorgeous area right next to a short trail that followed the river. It was a very short walk into town, where there were a lot of restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable and clean.」

「Very comfortable and right at the foot of the gondola. Not to worry the gondola is quiet, can’t hear it in the room. The continental breakfast was average and they could find a better coffee brand. Overall I would absolutely recommend , the staff was lovely too !」
