「They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. 」

「This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!」

「Excellent location within easy walking distance to Checkpoint Charlie and parts of the Berlin Wall. Lots of eating and shopping around the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and modern. A 5 star hotel and experience, especially with afternoon mgr- Mr Ati, who is super attentive and helpful」
