"Our room was a bit small (two beds) and using the luggage rack didn't quite work because we simply couldn't find an adequate space for the luggage rack. But...I placed my suitcase on top of the desk, and it was no problem, whatsoever. We enjoyed the A/C, the view, and the relaxed atmosphere. Our two nights were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, but the staff were absolutely what made our stay remarkable. The breakfast area was kept extremely clean, everyone was attentive, kind, prompt, and friendly. We extended our stay by one night--again, super friendly staff that made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel. The location was perfect for our excursions. The S-Bahn station is located a short walk away. Shops and restaurants are available at Alexanderplatz. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you!!!"
