"Clean and convenient. Walls are thin, heard alot of plumbing noises but still a pleasant stay."

"The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. However, it appeared there was only one staff member when we arrived. We had to wait a while to check in and the staff member was busy. There were no pool towels at the pool. The pool area was not well kept. The deck was dirty. The pool water was very murky. The water was not clear, we couldn’t see the bottom of the pool, and the pool area had the smell of mildew or worse, but sure. "

"Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport was a pleasant place to stay. Parking was free when we stayed in March 2026, and the area was great- close to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. Free breakfast each morning included hot protein options, as well as make your own fresh waffles, and the usual cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and bread options. The room was clean, and well laid out. The pool area was a bit grubby, but it was busy being enjoyed any time we went. It would be nice if there was a washroom attached to the pool area, as it is inconvenient to dry off and walk to the other half of the hotel for kids to pee. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the great location. We would recommend staying here, and would stay again. The nightly cost was affordable, and it was a safe pleasant stay."

"Very busy, cleanliness was mid (crumbs on suite couch). We didn’t even partake in the breakfast bc of the large crowd. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby. Location was great off the interstate and about a 10 min drive from the Ark Encounter. I don’t feel like for the price the quality was sufficient. "
