Wonderful small hotel run by the sweetest young family. Quick five minute walk to old town. Really cute neighborhood with hidden gems around every corner. Room was a little small but clean and beautiful shower. For the price you will not be able to beat this place.

This is a very nice place to stay in Hoi An and walking distance to shops. The property owner is very friendly and helpful. They serve a wonderful breakfast to the room. I will stay here the next time I am in Hoi An.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rokas boutique hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights at Rokas and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Hoi An. The manager, Tuan, took care of every detail, from getting our breakfast orders (which were delicious), to booking our cooking class tour. He even turned on the jacuzzi anytime we wanted to go into the pool. Our room was very clean, and the attention to details in the decor did not go unnoticed. The location is great as you are only a short walk away from many restaurants, coffee shops, and tailors. If you are looking for a hotel with an intimate feel and personalized service, Rokas Boutique hotel is a great choice!

Very friendly staffs, good local breakfast served at lobby area, lift available to the rooms, comfortable and clean, tour guide and airport transfer provided at good price, the only little minus point is the door sound proof not so good, we can hear clearly any noise or sound from the room next door, other than that everything is perfect, we recommend this hotel for people who want to visit Hoi An.

Very nice design and newly hotel. There are all needed facilities. Staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. They could assist you anything with a smile. You could rent a motorbike there with good price and good vehicle. Highly recommend and we will definitely back here next time and stay there longer!

Amazing hotel

This is an amazing small hotel in the perfect location just a 2 minute walk from the main strip. The family who run the hotel and so kind and are willing to help with everything. There was a small pool area which had jacuzzi jets. You pre order your breakfast the night before and pick a time. All the food we picked was freshly made and it was delicious. The rooms were always so clean. I would recommend for everyone to stay here.

Hotellet har super beliggenhet, og veldig hyggelige folk. Servicen var herlig. Men dette bassenget var trist. Det er ut mot gaten, og ikke rengjort, i tillegg veldig veldig kaldt. Vi valgte hotellet grunnet bassenget, men det var falsk reklame. Rommene var supre, og alt annet var bra, men ikke velg dette om du vil ha basseng
