5 stars for the staff and thanks to Reception - Kim, Chi, Ny, the bellman Hien, and FB: Vien, just to name a few. They were so knowledgeable, kind, generous, caring and helpful. They made our 3 week stay the best ever! We will now only stay here all because the staff are outstanding and made us feel like family! Well rounded breakfast fare and lovely quiet rooms. We had a weekday at the Danang Beach Hotel. We got upgraded to another room which was wonderful, a beautiful sea view and over the pool. The reception staff and door man was very friendly and helpful especially (Quyen and Kiet) the free ride to the airport was a great service

The hotel itself is fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great - right opposite My Khee beach. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfy. We only had one issue with the room on the first night and it was sorted straight away. BUT if you want a rest and relaxation holiday this isn’t the place. The pool is lovely but it is at the front of the hotel, right next to main road (imagine traffic and horns etc). There is currently construction happening next door, which continues until late at night, hallway noise can be loud and echoey. And the clubbing noise from across the road felt like it was in our room! So if you want a budget friendly, great location and great staffed hotel this is an ok pick.

Holiday Beach Hotel Da Nang, is located in a good location. Not a far drive from the main shopping area, it also has stores, shops and massage parlor within walking distance. Its Across the street from the beach, the hotel has a section for their guests to use. Theres an underground subway or tunnel to go to the beach if you are uncomfortable crossing the roads. The hotel offers snack/tea time in the late afternoon. The pool is spacious and was opened. However the hotel looks like its not fully completed. Overall, the hotel is clean, convenient and cozy . I would stay at the hotel again when i come back to Da Nang.

Very good stay. A bit south of the main beach area (still on the beach, and a very good beach). Don’t miss the 4 or 5 streets to the west of the hotel. Many small restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and massage shops. Nice walkway along the beach with additional bars and small shops. Of particular importance is the staff. They couldn’t do enough for us! Particularly the desk staff; Ny, Chi, and Hien. I will most definitely be back! Staff very knowledgeable about the area and activities. Original plan was for one night because my regular hotel was full. Wound up spending the entire four days there.

We chose this hotel because it had multiple rooms available and we wanted a place along the beach. But it's a bit outdated with a whole building not even being used and a bit rundown looking from the outside. The room was fine. The ocean view windows need cleaning and were very dusty or salty. The breakfast was a bit minimal as far as options. Overall we wished we had chosen a different hotel.

The staffs on the front desk like :Quyen, Chi , Long and Uyen are vey friendly and pleasant smiles, even from the doorbell. They also carry most knowledge to help us to get around the city in Da Nang Great breakfast with wide selection of foods. The table and utensils are ver clean. The location is excellent close to the airport. The front view is amazing. We look forward to come back to ÐN and would like stay in this hotel again. I also will recommend your hotel to my family and friends as well. Thank you for a great service. You can’t find it anywhere else except in Vietnam.

First vist to Vietnam. After a 4 day stay in Hanoi then on to Danang for the remaining time my arrival check in @ Holiday Beach Hotel was excellent. The front desk was very professional . My room Jr. Suite 10th floor just perfect with ocean view. Breakfast do not miss and includes a lunch between 2pm to 4pm. Just to mention some staff Manager Mrs. An Operation Manager Dang. And my applause to all the staff that made my stay very comfortable. I plan to return next year and Holiday Beach is my choice. Thank You all. J Leon.

This is my first visit to the country of Vietnam. Started in Hanoi then meet a friend in Danang. He had chosen this hotel for his stay and what an exceptional choice. I have the junior suite with ocean view. Room is perfect. The hotel staffing just awesome. Check in was smooth and had my room assigned in minutes. I have met the staff during my stay and must give them my kudos . To name a few Ny, Chi,Hien,Uyen ,Iciet. Breakfast I recommend not missing. And then mid afternoon sandwiches and desserts are served for hotel guests in lobby. Walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Would recommend for family and friends or anyone visiting Danang to consider Holiday Beach Hotel.

Overall the hotel was good. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered was good and offered a variety of local and western foods. The staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of downsides.... it is right on a busy road so it was a bit noisy at night so if you're sensitive to noise, bring ear plugs. The room lacked storage space. Only 2 hangers in the closet and there wasn't any proper bureau or drawers for storing clothing and minimal areas for hanging used towels and such. At least in our room, it seemed like there was a lot of wasted space where a bureau or wall hooks could have been placed.

dont recommend staying here

We stayed here for 9 nights because of the perfect location in front of the beach and close to the restaurants and bars, they built an underground passage to the beach, avoiding all the traffic safely and that's all this 5-star hotel has to offer. The breakfast was a disaster, we only ate the first two days, and after that, only at bikini bottom. We stayed at the junior suite which has a nice view of the beach but unfortunately, the windows from outside are so dirty or whatever that was, making it difficult to sit and enjoy that view. There is not enough pressure in the shower and the rooms not soundproof. Despite the traffic noise, it is nice to lay by the pool when traveling with children but there is an unfinished building blocking the sun, so the pool is not the best place to get some color. Dont recommend having a massage, felt like she was in a hurry. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel. Despite the friendly and helpful staff, we wouldn't recommend staying here for a longer period. The hotel has seen better days. There are far better and CHEAPER hotels along the street.

The hotel is clean and has A comfortable bed. Great location.The staff is great they let me store my bags for a couple of hours since I had an evening flight. Thúy Anh chi were awesome. Definitely would stay here again,

The hotel is a bit different from how it’s advertised but our room was really good with amazing views! The breakfast is average and the pool area is average, however the beach is just across the road and is amazing! The location of the hotel is really good. Be careful not to stain/mark/break anything as you will get charged. Overall the hotel was what we needed but we would stay in another hotel next time with a bit more luxury.
