The owner of this property, his family and staff were super warm and caring. They went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. I loved them and eas so sad to leave. The location is great. A short bike ride away from the beach and old city Hoi An. We will definitely be back for anorher stay.

From start to finish it was an amazing stay. We were greeted by Dung, she was fantastic the whole time really friendly and helpful. The room was nice with everything you’d expect. The hotel was in the centre of Hoi An about 20-25 mins walk from old town and 30-35 mins cycling to the beach. They have free bikes and mopeds you can rent. All in all the best hotel so far in our trip. Thanks Dung.

Nice place but changes can be made

Room is very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff in the morning/afternoon were very helpful, the woman in particular. Breakfast was nice. Apart from these advantages the neighbourhood is noisy, the dog that lives in the hotel will keep you awake at night and wake you up in the morning with its awful bark. We weren't informed that the front door and gate would be locked around 11/12pm. Night duty worker speaks little English and spends most his time with his girlfriend or on the phone to his girlfriend.

The personal is very friendly and helpful. The area is very quiet, not so far from The Beach. But a little time to Get to The old town /city centre. They give you Free bikes in The hotel so you cab Get around.I would not recomend you to USE The hotels landuray service! Our cltohes camw back with lots of red spots on white t-shirt, underwear and dress. They dont sperate IT to clean. Was not Happy About that service! Otherwise They had an okey Breakfast and They made us fresh omelett Every day. When we left for The AirPort early in The morning They had preapered for us a to go Breakfast.

A great stay with a great host! They were able to help me find a tailor that created amazing dresses and they even helped me arrange to ship it home. If you're going to pay for extras make sure you have cash as they don't really like to accept visa. Overall an amazing stay!

Quiet, clean, friendly

Exceptional service. Breakfast was fresh - had the omelet each day. Free bikes made in and out of centre and to the beach easy and fun. Transport from/to Danang was reasonably priced and smooth in late model SUVs. Given the room rate, sevice, and ambience this is a TOP-RATE hotel.

ホイアンの町からは少し離れており、徒歩ではいけません。天候がよければ無料のレンタサイクルがありますが、私はタクシー利用でした。 シャワーは温水を出しっぱなしにすると、お湯が出なくなるので、こまめにお湯を止めての使用をお勧めします。 この２点以外は文句なし。おすすめの宿です。朝ごはんもバランスよくおいしく頂きました。

Exceptional value

The room we stayed in at Golden Bell Homestay was clean, spacious and offered all the home comforts you could want in a place to stay. The air con worked well, the bed was spacious and comfortable, there was a good safe and the mini bar was reasonably priced. Golden Bell homestay is located in a relatively quiet area of Hoi An and access is provided to free bikes if you want to peddle into town (10min) or cycle to the beach (20min). The walk into town is only 25min and we did this often, although I understand some people would consider this a long walk. The breakfast in the morning was nice with the offer of eggs and Pho Bo made on request. The staff are really nice and speak good English. In summary Golden Bell homestay was one of the best places we have stayed in a 3 month trip so far.

Lovely stay.

We stayed at the Golden Bell Homestay for 3 nights in April 2016 and really enjoyed our stay. The homestay is very clean and comfortable and we found the neighbourhood to be ideal as it was a nice and quiet place to relax at the end of the day, but close enough to cycle to Hoi An town or to the beach. The best feature is the staff who are all extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We would stay here again.

ホテルは観光の中心地からやや離れていたけれど、 ホテルのコスパが非常によく、有りがたかったです。 とにかく広く清潔で、設備が整った部屋（バスタブまであり、お湯も潤沢に使えました）で、リラックスすることが出来ました

20 minutes to town

It's at least a twenty minute walk to town which is where you'll spend most if not all your time. There are guest houses that are much closer and cost the same amount with better complimentary breakfasts ( I found one That I'll stay in when I return called vanganh guest house).

コンチネンタルの朝食付きで、コストパフォーマンスは良かったです。アメニティもあるし、スタッフも親切でいいホテルです。 ホイアン中心地とビーチのちょうど中間位置にあり、自転車を無料で貸してくれるのでどこへ行くにも便利でした。 近所に徒歩で行けるようなコンビニのような店はないので、何か必要なものがあったらホイアンからの帰りに買っておくと良いです。部屋に置いてあるお菓子や飲み物は町で売ってる金額と比べると高いです。 ホテルからメールで空港からのピックアップのお誘いが2回来ました。頼むと15ドルのようです。私は行きは時間があったので、タクシーと徒歩とローカルバスとバイクタクシーを使って行きました。安いけど時間がかかってめんどくさいです。帰りは（ホテルからダナン空港）仲良くなったスタッフのおかげで110.000VND(=約630円)でミニバスをチャーターしてもらいました。

Nettes homestay etwas außerhalb

Schönes homestay mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Frühstück ist überdurchschnittlich für den Preis. Die Angestellten sind mehr als freundlich und haben für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gesorgt. Zwei negative Punkte sollte man jedoch beachten: 1. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb zwischen Altstadt und Strand. Dies ist zwar primär nicht schlimm, da das Hotel kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung stellt, jedoch führt der Weg über die normalen, viel befahrenen Straßen und ist besonders in der Dunkelheit nicht ungefährlich. 2. Wer Erholung sucht und ausschlafen möchte, sollte sich lieber nach einer anderen Unterkunft umsehen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und viele Zimmer (wie auch unseres) grenzen an einen Innenhof in dem gefrühstückt wird und ab 6 Uhr morgens der Hund der Chefin zu bellen beginnt...
