The location of this hotel can’t be beaten, just north of the Old Town and a short walk to all the major attractions. The room was a bit scruffy and the shower needed some work, but the location, price and quality of service was just great.

Clean, comfy stay at a great price

Staff were friendly and service was great. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Had head massage and manicure at spa which were both great but spa area could certainly look more inviting. Just over 1km to walk to ancient town.

Fantastic hotel!!

For value for money this place was amazing!! The room was huge, gave us a free upgrade which was so kind of them. A decent selection at breakfast and great location!! Couldn’t complain about anything. Plus the free bikes were such a great bonus for cycling to the beach.

This is a great hotel to stay in Hoi An. Good for families and couples visiting the area. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The Hoi An Old Town is about 8 min away by foot. One of the days we were at the hotel we order room service for dinner and the food was good, cheap and the portions were big as well. The pool was nice and the property was safe and pretty. Totally recommend this place for anyone staying in Hoi An.

The staff talk to us and smile to make us satisfied. They are polite and fluent in English. It is far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, so you can enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the old town, but along the way you can find local shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. It's a short taxi ride to the beach (I walked for an hour each way, but along the way I stopped at the Tra Que area, where is famous for its organic vegetables). The room is clean and spacious with simple colors. Water is served in reusable glass bottles rather than plastic bottles, giving a sense of the environment. The breakfast has enough items to satisfy me, including the egg station and pho station. I will definitely come back to EMM Hoi An again.
