"Honestly nothing to complain about the staff , service ,, have go back to Houston next month , definitely will stay at the hotel ."

"The suite we had was spacious and clean, with two comfortable queen size beds, and a desk and sofa. A nice small variety of hot drink options (coffee/tea) and mini fridge in the room. In our suite (which was an accessibility one), the area with the sofa and desk was not really a separate room, so lighting from there would also affect someone in bed (unlike another hotel I have stayed at where in the suite there was a door between the sofa sitting area and the bed area. Airport shuttle was easy and prompt - departed the hotel each 1/2 hour (but get there 10 minutes early to make sure you catch it as it left a little early when we took it). Free breakfast was good. We enjoyed it more than some other hotels in the IAH airport area. "

"I brought a date for a one night turn around trip to Houston . The hotel was great and we hardly left the grounds between the food, bar & the atmosphere "

"Everything was great except for the shuttle service. We waited for 45 minutes and then when the tiny van showed up there were 30 people trying to get on board for a ride. PLEASE GET A BIGGER SHUTTLE!!!"

"Great stay! The hotel looks clean, fluffy pillows, smells good, and had comfortable beds. They even returned a pair of very expensive shoes I left. Only complaint was poorly executed repairs in the bathroom. "
