"Be aware that the pull out couch has no mattress, it is a folding sofa and the sleep surface is very hard, do not recommend using it for sleeping. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and breakfast is good."

"TV Directions are needed with something like: “Input, Portal, Live TV Cable, Guide.” Otherwise, you get “Samsung TV Plus is not available due to a network problem.” The breakfast area TVs were not working since the staff didn’t know how to get them working. The light fixture in Rm. 417 was full of bugs. We arrived at 1 PM and the front desk gave us a room where the sheets had not been changed. We know this because of the back sweat and peanut shells. We were given new sheets to install ourselves because they were shorthanded."

"Avoid! This hotel is undergoing major renovations which Expedia does not list. We arrived at our hotel around 6 in the evening to be told the water would be shut off at 9am for the full day. This was on top of our 4th floor room toilet and sink not draining with gross gurgling noises and dirt backing up into them. Partial breakfast. No workout room or pool. And understaffed front desk (1 person) to help everyone "to save money." That is aside from construction dust everywhere and a demolition. We checked out early and lots of others were leaving or just walking out to find another hotel. There are lots of lovely options in Lexington!"

"Filthy dirty hallways! I said something and they said they were vacuumed and I can tell you they were NOT! The bathtub had blonde hair in the drain, the toilet tank was chipped and they took out the drawers in the dresser! I left a message for the manager and he has never called me back! The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. That’s about all the good I can tell. I will NEVER stay here again! It needs a complete renovation!"

"Parking was easy and secure. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was super noisy in the hall which was only an issue because I was trying ot work from the room for the day. Great place and close to some good food and shopping for necessities. Thank you! "
