"Hotel had a nice appearance. Room was clean and spacious. Despite being next to the airport the noise was minimal. Staff was friendly. Good service at the bar/restaurant area. Breakfast was fresh with good buffet variety at a low cost. The pool was very clean and the seating was comfortable. Would reccomend"

"This was a very modern & stylish hotel in a very good location by the airport. The room was very clean & comfortable with cool LED accent lighting. Staff was very helpful & accommodating. There is an open deli area where you can buy snacks/food & get coffee, but many of the machines weren't working. The choices were still pretty nice. No microwave in the room is a big negative, but there's a common use one in the deli area. I will definitely stay here next time if I'm not going out to Miami Beach!"

The location near the airport was very convenient, and the parking lot was easy to access. The shuttle service was excellent, and the driver, Guillermo, was very polite and kind. "I am very sorry, but you people are thieves! By mistake, I booked a room at 3:00 AM. When I arrived at that hour—having already made the reservation—they told me that the hotel was full (something that we ALL KNOW IS ALWAYS A LIE; they simply don't want to give you your room at that time of night). ALL I WANTED WAS TO REST AFTER A LONG JOURNEY. When I filed a complaint through Expedia to request a refund—since I was unable to use the room at the time I needed to rest—the Expedia agent gave me hope, assuring me that my money would be refunded because I had not utilized the reservation. Two days later, I received a notification stating that you—Hampton Inn—had not approved my refund request. (Thieves!)"
