Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. "This terrace house in Swansea City Centre is well located for anything you want to do around town. There is convenience shops nearby and the two minute walk to Wetherspoons should you so desire! House is well set up with one bedroom down stairs three bedrooms upstairs with a well stocked kitchen should you want to prepare food. Smart TV work 12 with Netflix etc .Generally the area is no worse than any other any inner city area with a pub over the road but we did not hear any noises from outside once the door shut. I'd recommend this place if you're in Swansea for an event or for a family get together."

"Wasn't expecting too much from our stay at The Dolphin hotel Swansea as it wasn't expensive and only classed as 3*. The receptionist was very friendly, efficient and welcoming. We did mention that we were in Swansea to celebrate my partner's birthday but wasn't offered anything as a free upgrade which would have been a nice treat. Having worked in hotels myself in the past this is something that can result in repeat business. The furniture was very dated and worn in appearance and the carpet was coming away from the walls. However the room was spotlessly clean. It suited us for what we needed and depending upon the price we would book there again "

"We stayed here for one night in the oriental suite, which was huge and more like a small flat with separate sitting area. The hosts were very helpful and informative through out our stay. Breakfast items were provided in the fridge in the room which we liked! It is located in a nice area close to all amenities. We would stay again and maybe try a different room next time."
