「We stayed in one of the balcony rooms and the room was legit the best room we have stayed in the UK. The bed was a dream, super duper huge and the view from the balcony was magnificent. Their breakfast spread was delicious, the only downside of the stay were the cocktails from the Vale bar, I think they could do better with that. Apart from that, it was a 5/5.」

「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」
