"The room was clean but much smaller than we had had at other Premier Inns. The staff were very kind and friendly. There was no air conditioning and the window only opened slightly. We were given a fan but ultimately it was hotter in our room that it was outside. The breakfast sometimes ran out of items. Staff were unable to give us ice when we requested it (where this was possible at other Premier Inns). Our family jokingly called this the Temu Premier Inn. We will find something else when...

"This hotel was booked at the last minute and what a good gind it was. Parking on site. Friendly staff to welcome you at reception. Great breakfast. Easy walk into the town center. The room was clean and tidy, with sufficient tea and coffee. I have only given it 4 out of 5 rather than 5 for the following reasons. No bedside/reading lights, and also no ability to turn the main lights out from your bed. It may have been just our room, but there shower was rather lacking a bit of pressure. Despite all of this, if I was visiting Stratford-upon-Avon again I would consider booking this hotel again"

"Breakfast and helpful receptionist very good. I booked this hotel as it had an EV charger. Our neighbours in the room nextdoor were a bit noisy, but no fault of the hotel. The duvets were too warm for a summer's day, and only read the bit about asking for a sheet too late."
