Our room was pretty small and was in need of some minor repairs, but was great as a place to sleep and shower. We would stay there again, but would request a king size bed instead of a twin and full size."

"Be aware that for this price in Miami, you are booking accommodation in an area you need to be careful around, with guests who have any openly admitted history of drug taking and crime. I needed a one night stay in Miami and did not realise that, as a solo traveller/backpacker I felt quite out of place here. Considering this, I had no issues, my roommates were kind and check in was easy."

It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. We were required by ALL SEASONS VACATION RENTAL to pay a security deposit (on top of cleaning fee) via Zelle prior to the stay. I still have not recieved refund of my security deposit after being told on 3 separate days that it would be refunded that day. it has been 45 days!!! No one will call or email me back. I filed a complaint thru hotels.com, they reached out...
