She was truly running a one-woman show—handling the front desk, managing housekeeping, and running breakfast all at the same time. She cooked omelets, served guests, cleared plates, and did it all with a smile. On our way out, she noticed us struggling to take a selfie and even came outside to take our picture. That level of attentiveness and care is rare. Outstanding customer service and a wonderful start to our day!」
