Everything to do with the staff was very good. Internet connection wasn’t working and most of the times I wasn’t able to communicate with people outside of the country. I think it’s very good for local tourism or Brazilians businesses travel. Breakfast fruit juices had sugar added which is for the likes of Brazilians. They love sugar!

Hotel muito bom ! Só tivemos problemas quanto a entrada no hotel que foi um caos, estavam em reforma na rua não havia onde estacionar na frente do hotel, como somos turistas o maps não nos levava ao estacionamento do hotel e como estava muito movimento por conta do Natal encantado passamos raiva nesse momento. Mas o hotel é muito bom e o café da manhã também é maravilhoso.

Quarto limpo, bem arrumado, porém as toalhas poderiam ser maiores. Funcionários muito atenciosos e receptivos. Café da manhã excelente, muitas opções de alimentos e em ótimo horário de funcionamento. Ficamos no primeiro andar, achei um pouco barulhento por ser no mesmo andar do salão do restaurante.

Atendimento muito bom, equipe prestativa. A estrutura dos apartamentos poderia ser melhor acabado, foi mal pintado e com aparência de velha. Poderia ser mais coerente com relacao aos preços comprados dos produtos ex. Uma água mineral quase 10 reais, são coisa simples mas fica negativo. Se cobrasse 5 já estariam lucrando 100 por cento.

Ótima localização, atendimento cordial de todos os funcs, cama confortável, quarto espaçoso, chuveiro quentinho com excelente pressão da água. Café da manhã excelente, tudo muito gostoso. Infelizmente precárias as condições de infraestrutura, vazamentos do banheiro, ar condicionado com problema, quarto sujo, cheiro forte e infelizmente em uma estadia de 4 noites precisamos mudar 4 vezes de quarto e nenhum estava bom. Sem contar a falta de respeito que um dos funcionários teve conosco sendo grosseiro e mal educado. Péssima experiência, não indico.
