Eu e minha irmã fomos bem atendidas no hotel; o pessoal da recepção e do restaurante foram simpáticos e atenciosos. Para nossa surpresa, no sábado (20/12), aconteceu um fato lamentável: o serviço de quarto não foi realizado, mesmo depois de termos conversado com a camareira. Chegamos tarde da noite e nos deparamos com as camas desarrumadas, as toalhas usadas em cima da pia, o lixo por retirar, sem sabonete e sem papel higiênico. Tivemos de descer até a recepção e solicitar ao funcionário, que estava ali, naquele momento. Um absurdo! Relatamos o fato e ele se comprometeu em epassar ao superior, além de ter nos entregado toalhas limpas e o restante que faltava. No dia seguinte, no checkout, relatamos aos funcionários da recepção diurna.

Nós colocaram num quarto que a descarga do banheiro não funcionou. Depois de insistir, nos mudaram para um outro quarto, em condições precárias, velho, tudo quebrado, paredes remendadas, sem tomada funcionando, todo deteriorado. Elevador velho e funciona precariamente. Na saída ontem à tarde, esqueci meu fone de ouvido no quarto. Quando hoje liguei atrás, disseram que não foi encontrado. Esse pra nunca mais. Não recomendo.

O pessoal do hotel era muito educado e solicito, mas a experiência foi péssima. A Internet simplesmente não funcionou, tivemos que trabalhar no 4G. Quando pedimos toalha pra tomar banho nos deram uma toalha de rosto e um tapetinho por falta de toalha e o quarto estava bem ruim de higienização: chão grudando, lençol manchado, cheiro forte.

não havia toalhas no quarto, e quando ligamos para a recepção disseram que a lavanderia não havia entregado ainda, mas encontramos uma camareira no corredor e a mesma tinha em seu carrinho. no banheiro havia uns bichos que não soube identificar andando pelos rolos de papel higiênico. a area é muito boa pela manha e tarde, ja no período da noite, ha muita prostituição ao redor do hotel.

Bem..vamos lá . A princípio colocaram em um quarto , que não saia água quente no chuveiro. Após reclamar , nos tranferiram para um quarto melhor. Aí ficamos cinco dias . No quarto acabou papel higiênico e as toalhas de banho só trocaram após quatro dias, e as roupas de cana também. O café estava muito bom, faltou um pão de queijo.
